Investment competition on privatization of Machine-Building Plant ‘Bakinsky Rabochiy’ announced

March 18, Fineko/abc.az. The State Committee on Property Issues announced an investment competition for privatization of Machine-Building Plant “Bakinsky Rabochiy".
The winners of the competition must sign a contract for sale of shares of the joint-stock company within 30 days from the date of approval of the protocol on the results of the competition, to make payments on wages and equated debt within 60 calendar days from the date of signing the protocol, and transfer the proposed financing to the State Budget within 120 calendar days.

Applications and proposals will be accepted until 17 April 2019 at Committee’s address on working days at 10 am – 5:30 pm.
