Novak: OPEC+ Charter to be finalized and signed in May or June

March 28, Fineko/abc.az. The OPEC+ Charter is being finalized and may be signed in May or June.

The relevant statement was stated by Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak.

"Now it (Charter) is being finalized. If everything is coordinated, then in May or June the signing of the document can take place at the ministerial meeting," he said.
