Mortgage loans for AZN 5.3 million given for purchase of subsidized apartments

April 9, Fineko/abc.az. The Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund supports the sale of subsidized apartments offered for sale through the State Housing Agency (MIDA) with the help of mortgage loans. 
Over Jan-Mar of the year 122 individuals were given mortgage loans for AZN 5.3 million by the MCGF for purchase of subsidized apartments at disposal of MIDA.
As a whole, the amount of mortgage loans given by the Fund by 1 April 2019 to finance subsidized apartments totals AZN 15.4 million (353 mortgages).
