Prices for oil rise, Azerbaijani oil costs above $75 a barrel

May 16, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani oil Azeri Light has grown in price by $0.88 (1.18%) up to $75.55 a barrel.

Following the 15 May trading at the New York Merchant Exchange (NYMEX), the WTI oil futures increased in price by $0.24 (0.39%) up to $62.02 a barrel.

Cost of WTI oil futures for June grew in price by $0.32 (0.52%) up to $62.34 a barrel by 09:16 am.

Following Wednesday’s trading at the London ICE (InterContinental Exchange Futures) the ICE Futures contracts of July’s futures of Brent oil increased in price by $0.53 (0.74%) to $71.77 a barrel.

July’s futures for Brent grew by $0.34 (0.47%) up to $72.11 a barrel by 09:16 am on Thursday.
