Oil price keeps on rising, and cost of Azeri Light exceeds $76 a barrel

May 16, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani oil Azeri Light has increased in price by $1.15 (1.52%) up to $76.70 a barrel.

Following the 16 May trading at the New York Merchant Exchange (NYMEX), the WTI oil futures for June grew in price by $0.85 (1.37%) up to $62.87 a barrel.

Cost of WTI oil futures for June increased in price by $0.19 (0.3%) up to $63.06 a barrel by 09:10 am.

Following Thursday’s trading at the London ICE (InterContinental Exchange Futures) the ICE Futures contracts of July’s futures of Brent oil rose in price by $0.85 (1.18%) up to $72.62 a barrel.

July’s futures for Brent grew by $0.17 (0.23%) up to $72.79 a barrel by 09:10 am on Friday.
