November 30, Fineko/abc.az. Economy Minister Shahin Mustafayev has met with Deputy Prime Minister Martina Dalic of Croatia.

The Ministry of Economy reports that during the meeting Minister Mustafayev pointed out that relationships between Azerbaijan and Croatia have been developing.

"In 2013 the two countries signed a strategic partnership declaration. The first meeting of the Azerbaijan-Croatia joint commission on economic cooperation was held in Baku yesterday. Our countries have been cooperating within the framework of the Southern Gas Corridor Project. Azerbaijan and Croatia have huge potential for expansion of ties in industrial sector, shipbuilding, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, tourism, agriculture and trade. Direct flights could be opened between our countries for tourism promotion," Mustafayev emphasized.

Deputy PM of Croatia and Minister of Economy, Small & Medium Entrepreneurship & Crafts Martina Dalic expressed satisfaction with her visit to Azerbaijan and shared her views on the expansion of bilateral economic links.
