June 10, Fineko/abc.az. The State Committee on Property Issues is to hold the next auction on 9 July.

22 joint stock companies, 46 small state enterprises and institutions and 9 non-residential plots will be put up for the auction.

The facilities whose auction price ranges from 600 manats and 550,000 manats are located in Baku, Sumgait, Balaken, Sheki and other districts.

Among the enterprises put up for auction are the auxiliary farm located in Khizi, a half-built building of a 36-apartment residential building in Mingachevir, the Yevlakh industrial enterprise, the Shamkir wool supply point.

In addition, Qax Taxıl, Masazır Quşçuluq, Salyan Aqrotexservice,  Yevlax Tikinti Servis” and other similar joint-stock companies will be put up for the auction.
