Licenses of two credit unions cancelled in Azerbaijan

July 15, Fineko/abc.az. Licenses of credit unions Aran 2011 (Agjabedi district) and Microinvest (Beylagan district) have been cancelled in compliance with the relevant decision of boards of credit unions.

The Financial Market Supervision Authority (FIMSA) reports that as a result, the number of credit unions in Azerbaijan has decreased to 47, and the quantity of credit unions, whose licenses were revoked, reached 14.
