Economy Minister: 45 residents start operating in industrial parks and towns of Azerbaijan

August 1, Fineko/abc.az. At the 31 July Cabinet’s meeting on socio-economic questions Economy Minister Shahin Mustafayev pointed out that 78 residents have been registered in the nine industrial parks and towns created in the districts of Azerbaijan, and 45 residents have already started operating there.

"Over AZN 5.7 bn out of the envisaged investments of AZN 6.4 bn have been actually invested, and more than 11,000 jobs created as a result of the implementation of those projects. At the same time, due to activities of those projects, output for AZN 1.5 bn has already been produced and exported for AZN 300 million," the minister added.
