October  1, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has announced the official exchange rate. 

ABC.AZ reports that dollar exchange rate still remains stable. So, at present the dollar exchange rate is traded for AZN 1.7000. The euro has decreased slightly today to AZN 1.8515. The Russian ruble is now AZN 0.0262, and the Georgian lari has undergone a strong decline and fell to AZN 0.5716. The Turkish lira rose slightly up to AZN 0.3009. The prices of other foreign currencies are as follows:
