October 11, Fineko/abc.az. Economy Minister Shahin Mustafayev has met with Chinese ambassador Ms. Tuo Ming to Azerbaijan.

During the meeting the minister noted that the sphere of trade occupies an important place in two countries’ relationships. The trade turnover between Azerbaijan and China doubled for Jan-Aug 2019. Up to 120 Chinese investment companies are operating in trade, services, industry, construction, finance, and agriculture.

"The Azerbaijani-Chinese Intergovernmental Commission on Trade & Economic Cooperation is a favorable platform for expanding ties between our countries. Azerbaijan will be represented at the 2nd China International Exhibition of Imported Products to be held in Shanghai this November," Mustafayev emphasized.
