Unibank to increase equity capital by AZN 10 million

December 14, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan’s Unibank increases its authorized capital by AZN 10 million.

The Baku Stock Exchange reports that commercial Unibank has applied for placement of its shares within the framework of the Advisory Listing Program.

"The total number of placed shares is 3,766,481 and their nominal value AZN 2.72. The supply of securities will be carried out by subscription, and the deadline for subscription is 22 December 2017. Unicapital Investment Company is the underwriter for the time of the mass placement of shares," the BSE said.

After the process of listing the relevant documents and financial reports will be posted on the BSE website.
