Court refused to liquidate Bashak Inam

December 15, Fineko/abc.az. The Baku Court of Appeal rejected the lawsuit filed by the Financial Markets Supervision Chamber (FIMSA).

Speech is about compulsory liquidation and the initiation of bankruptcy procedure of insurance company Bashak Inam.

On 23 November, FIMSA appealed to the court in this regard. Upon consideration of the Chamber’s application the Baku Administrative-Economic Court No 1 denied compulsory liquidation of the insurance company. The Chamber interposed an appeal on the court decision. After consideration of the case on 14 December the Baku Court of Appeal kept the decision in force.
