Oil price ends the week with fall, and Azeri Light drops by 1.32%

November 1, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani crude oil Azeri LT CIF has decreased in price by $0.80 (1.32%) to $64.42 a barrel.

Oil prices rise on Friday, but end the week with a sharp decline.

Following the trading on 31 October at the London ICE Futures Exchange, the price of January’s futures for Brent declined by $0.62 (1.03%) to $59.62 a barrel.

January’s futures for Brent went up by $0.13 (0.22%) up to $59.75 a barrel by 9:30 am.

Following the trading on 31 October at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), the price for December’s WTI futures dropped by $0.88 (1.6%) to $54.18 a barrel.

WTI crude futures for December rose by $0.27 (0.5%) up to $54.45 a barrel by 9:30 am.

Since the beginning of this week Brent crude oil has fallen by 3.9% and WTI-by 4.1%. In October the price of Brent rose by 0.9% and WTI by 0.2%.
