November 8, Fineko/abc.az. An auction on the placement of the bonds of Embafinance LLC will take place.

According to the data ABC.AZ has received from the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), as of today, by BSE Listing Committee’s decision, the standard market segment includes uncertified, interest-bearing, unsecured bonds of Embafinance LLC with the ISIN code AZ2005020600, nominal value of 1 000 manats and number of 1,000 bonds.

The interest rate of the auction with the period of 365 days is 10.5%.

As for repurchase term, the bond issue should be guaranteed by the issuer in accord with Paragraph 14.14 of the Bond Issue Prospectus. UniCapital is the underwriter of the auction. The bonds will be placed on 12 November 2019.
