November 15, Fineko/abc.az. The new chairman of board of AFB Bank has been appointed by Bank’s Supervisory Board’s decision.

ABC.AZ reports that new chairman is Orhan Khubanli, who previously held various positions at the International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA), starting from the position of the head of the branch to the first deputy chairman of the branch board at Bank Standard.

Khubanli received Master's Degree in business management from the State University of Economics, is a graduate of the London Business School program in corporate finance and risk management, as well as the Leadership Development Program at Harvard Business School. Then he continued his career as an Advisor to the Executive Director of the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund and General Director at AzSigorta.
