Unibank to conduct extraordinary general meeting of shareholders

November 18, Fineko/abc.az. An extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of Commercial Bank Unibank will be held.

ABC.AZ reports that the meeting will cover the questions of appointment of Bank’s management bodies and assigning salaries to the members of the bodies in the governance structure of the Bank.
