November 22, Fineko/abc.az. The relevant task on budget revenues in connection with the leasing of state property in 2019 was executed in the amount of 129%.

ABC.AZ reports that although the forecast for renting real estate is AZN 8 million for this year, the budget has already received AZN 10.3 million for 11 months of 2019.

Electronic service "Payment of rent on lease agreements of state property" creates conditions for obtaining information about the debt and payment of rent payments of users in a flexible form. Another tool related to learning the amount is service SMS 9193.

It is noted that for Jan-Oct it was signed 261 lease contracts for state property, and 450 lease contracts were extended. As for the land plots on which enterprises and objects are located, in general, 52 lease agreements have been concluded for these state properties and 34 lease agreements were extended.
