According to the mechanism, after taking apartments for rent citizens will be able to buy it. Monthly payments of apartment renting citizens will be deducted from the cost of the apartment. And after 3 years after the conclusion of the rent contract, the tenant will have the opportunity to become the owner of the apartment. In this case, he will be able to terminate the contract prematurely, making large payments and buy an apartment. Also, the tenant will be able to buy a rented apartment for 25 years, continuing to pay.

ABC.AZ reports that Vugar Bayramov, the head of the Center for Economic & Social Development and expert economist, expressed his attitude towards this matter, touched on important points: "1. What documents are required for that? The applicant must create a personal e-cabinet for electronic and ASAN-signature. When creating e-cabinet, he will be able to enter information about himself in e-form. This can be resolved as soon as possible by contacting the ASAN service. A citizen who has passed this process and received a positive response must submit to the Mortgage Fund a copy of the identity card (if family members live with him in the rented apartment, then copies of their identity cards) and documents confirming their income.

According to the rules, citizens who do not have a formal employment contract, but are engaged in individual entrepreneurship can apply for the rental of apartments. At the same time, they must submit a copy of the certificate of registration of an individual entrepreneur with the tax authorities and a tax or simplified tax declaration adopted by tax authorities. The last stage after the positive response of the Fund to the appeal is the conclusion of the contract.

2. How to apply in connection with the rental of apartments? Applications can be submitted through the ASAN service or through the e-mortgage portal.

3. Who can buy a rented apartment? Apartments can be bought by citizens of Azerbaijan. The applicant for an apartment for rent should not have overdue obligations (on bank loans and other mandatory payments). No criminal record is also in the list of conditions.
