ABC.AZ reports that experts link that with decline in trading activity in November.

Thus, decrease of activity in trade means reduction of activity of trade in US dollars. Most likely, the decline in activity in the value of the US dollar relates to the restraint of investors. In the opinion of experts, if this continues, the growth of US dollar rate may fasten to the maximum for the last two years.
