Cabinet has set new standards in connection with social rent

November 29, Fineko/abc.az. The norm of allotting residential area of the State Housing Fund on the basis of the social lease agreement has been determined.

ABC.AZ reports that the specified norm was defined by the Cabinet Ministers.

According to Cabinet’s resolution, the norm of allotting living space of the State Housing Fund on the social lease agreement is defined in 16 sq m, depending on the level of providing of living space allotted by the State Housing Fund on the basis of social lease agreements reached by the administrative territorial units of Azerbaijan.
