Baki Sigorta notifies shareholders about upcoming meeting

December 4, Fineko/abc.az. A regular general meeting of shareholders of insurance company Baki Sigorta will take place on 17 January 2020.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the company that the meeting will be held at the insurer’s head office. It is not disclosed what questions will be covered during the meeting.

According to the report of the liquidated Financial Market Supervision Authority (FIMSA), for Jan-Oct 2019 Baki Sigorta collected premiums for AZN 919,000 (17% more versus Jan-Oct 2018).
