Fed`s meeting ended - interest rates remained stable

December 12, Fineko/abc.az. The US Central Bank (Fed) has held a meeting on interest rates.

ABC.AZ reports that as it was predicted at the last meeting of the organization for 2019, the interest rates have not changed and remained in the range of 1.50-1.75%. Fed’s statement says that it removed "uncertainty" from the text and that the interest rate would remain at the current level in 2020.

According to experts, the Federal Reserve can wait for the next 1 or 2 years, but in case of any negative consequences, the economy will receive the necessary support.
