January 9, Fineko/abc.az. An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Baku Stock Exchange was held on 20 December 2019.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the BSE that the meeting participants approved the draft budget of the organization for 2020.

In addition, changes were made to the composition of the BSE Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee. Thus, Tural Hasanov (director of Unibank’s Risk Management Department), Jeykhun Abdullayev (a shareholder with a 26.02% equity stake at investment company Invest-AZ) and Ilgar Yusubov (director of Azer-Turk Bank’s Treasury Department) were elected as members of the Supervisory Board and Namig Gadirov was elected as a member of the Audit Committee.
