AtaSigorta shareholders to gather appoint an auditor

January 15, Fineko/abc.az. An extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of AtaSigorta will be held at 3 pm on 17 February.

ABC.AZ reports that the meeting will be held at insurance company’s office at address: 9, Suleyman Rustam Street, Nasimi District, Baku city.

On agenda of the meeting are the appointment of an independent auditor to assess the company's performance in 2019 and other issues.

Atasigorta has been operating since 2004 and is part of AtaHolding LLC. Its authorized capital is AZN 14.6 million. The insurer’s shares are 100% owned by this holding.
