January 17, Fineko/abc.az. Kapital Bank (KB) increased its portfolio of consumer loans by AZN 346.65 million (by 35%) for 2019 compared with 2018.

ABC.AZ informs that at the end of 2018 Bank's consumer loan portfolio reached AZN 1.334 bn, while at the end of 2018 the figure was AZN 988.14 million. Last year Bank's business loan portfolio decreased by AZN 37.342 million to AZN 433.89 million. KB's portfolio of business loans amounted to AZN 471.234 million at the end of 2018.

In 2019 KB's real estate loan portfolio grew by AZN 52.54 million (rise of AZN 11.028 million. In general, the loans given by KB to customers in 2019 grew by AZN 320.334 million or 21.3% and reached AZN 1.821 bn.

In 2019 the net loans (reserve portfolio of external loans for possible losses) given to clients increased by AZN 209.97 million up to AZN 1.501 bn at the end of 2019.
