January 28, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC (AZAL) addressed to passengers.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to AZAL’s press service that in connection with the epidemiological situation in China, passengers who bought tickets for AZAL-operated flights to Beijing until 28 March 2020 will be able to return tickets or change the departure date without paying fines.

According to AZAL, for ticket return the passenger can contact the ticket office where the ticket was bought, and in case the ticket was purchased online, the passenger should contact customer support at email address [email protected] or through the contact form on the organization's website https://help.azal.az/hc/az/requests/new.

It should be noted that AZAL annually stops flights via the Baku-Beijing-Baku route in February due to low demand due to holidays in this country during this period.

Thus, as in previous years, flights to the Chinese capital will be suspended from February and resumed from 8 March.
