February 3, Fineko/abc.az. MIDA LLC is holding an open tender procedure for the construction of a residential complex on the territory of 6.23 hectares on the Azerbaijani Flag Street in Ganja. The tender consists of 5 lots.

Lot 1 - Construction of 1-block 12-storey residential buildings #8 and #9. Tender participation cost: 600 manats.

Lot 2 - Construction of 2-block 9-storey buildings #13, 1-block 12-storey residential buildings #14 and #15. Tender participation cost: 900 manats.

Lot 3 - Construction of a 2-block 9-storey residential building #16, a nursery - kindergarten number 19 for 125 seats and a non-residential building #42. Tender participation cost: 600 manats.

Lot 4 - Construction of 9-storey 2-block residential buildings #17 and #18. Tender participation cost: 600 manats.

Lot 5 - Internal and external power supply. Tender participation cost: 600 manats.

The tender announcement says that applicants are required to submit documents for participation in the tender till 5 pm on 6 March 2020, and the tender offer and bank guarantee in a sealed double envelope till 5 pm on 16 March 2020.

Unsealing of bids will take place at 3 pm on 17 March 2020.
