Oil prices continue rising weakly, Azeri Light falls by 1.4%

February 7, Fineko/abc.az. Prices of oil of standard grades are growing on Friday, after their rise-fall on Thursday.

Following the trading on 6 February at the London ICE Futures Exchange, the price of April’s Brent oil futures fell by $0.35 (0.63%) to $54.93 per barrel. By 9:30 am, Brent futures for April increased by $0.12 (0.22%) up to $55.05 per barrel.

At the end of trading on 6 February at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), March’s WTI futures increased by $0.20 (0.39%) up to $50.95 per barrel. By 9:30 am, March’s WTI futures grew by $0.06 (0.12%) up to $51.01 per barrel.

Azerbaijani oil Azeri Light brand dropped in price by $0.87 (1.41%) to $60.66 per barrel.
