February 11, Fineko/abc.az. A range of benefits and exemptions in the tax and customs spheres has been defined as a result of measures taken to stimulate investments in the non-oil sector, promote to export-oriented production and protect the domestic market.

ABC.AZ reports that the adopted decision of the Cabinet Ministers envisages the provisions on criteria for determining benefits and exemptions in the tax and customs spheres; methodology for calculating budget losses on benefits; assessing the impact of benefits on budget revenues; maintaining a centralized register of information about benefits.

The provision of benefits on the proposed methodology will be based on the calculation of budget losses; macroeconomic forecast indicators of the country's economic and social development; statistical data; the type of tax and property covered by the benefit; import and export operations; calculations on forecasting of state revenues and other data.
