MIDA to sell soon another residential complex

February 12, Fineko/abc.az. Construction and installation work have been finished in the Govsan residential complex, built on the 20 hectare area in Surakhani district near settlement Govsan.

ABC.AZ was informed at MIDA that the complex consists of 11 residential buildings with 2,962 apartments. All apartments will be offered to citizens in fully-renovated condition and equipped with kitchen furniture, heating system, water, gas and electricity meters.

Also on the territory of the complex there are two kindergartens for 90 seats, one secondary school for 1,920 pupils and a medical center.

It is noted that the sale of apartments will be announced in the near future.
