Damage caused by coronavirus to entrepreneurs under study – An emergency meeting

March 19, Fineko/abc.az. The Agency for the Development of Small & Medium-sized Businesses (KOBIA) has held a regular meeting with entrepreneurs working in the field of public catering and trade with the purpose to study the impact of the world-wide coronavirus infection (COVID-19) on the activities of local entrepreneurs.

ABC.AZ reports that the meeting was attended more than by 30 business entities working in the field of public catering and trade.

KOBIA chairman of board Orhan Mammadov noted that the Agency arranges meetings with SMEs and conduct polls among them.

The goal is to survey the impact of coronavirus infection on the catering and retail sector and the problems faced by SMEs, raise the question of ways to minimize possible consequences, and discuss the expectations and proposals of entrepreneurs.
