Azerbaijan to launch its third satellite in April

January 11, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan is preparing to launch its third satellite – Azerspace-2.

'Azerkosmos’ chair Rashad Nabiyev has stated that work on launching the satellite into orbit is on schedule.

"We schedule to launched the satellite in April," he said.

According to Nabiyev, the third satellite will enable not only to expand the coverage area of satellite Azerspace-1 but will also create conditions to provide customers with more reliable services.
