PASHA Sigorta and PASHA Heyat Sigorta received a stake in Kapital Bank

June 2, Fineko/abc.az. Pasha Holding LLC transferred a part of the share in the authorized capital of Kapital Bank OJSC to its subsidiaries - Pasha Sigorta and PASHA Hayat Sigorta.

According to the information, speech is about transferring of 2,421,307 (75%) of the 3,225,561 preferred shares of the holding with nominal value of 12.39 manats each to the control of insurance companies.

Thus, PASHA Sigorta received 1,614,205 shares (50%) and PASHA Hayat Sigorta - 807,102 (25%). The number of preferred shares held by the group of companies fell to 804,254, while the number of legal entities holding preferred shares increased from 1 to 3.

The number of individuals holding preferred shares of Kapital Bank remained unchanged - 61. They still control 2,849 shares (3,228,410 preferred shares are in circulation).

As for the share distribution of the owners of the Bank's ordinary shares, 14,980,163 out of 15,000,000 ordinary shares with par value of 12.39 manats belong to PASHA Holding. The number of individuals holding 19,837 ordinary shares reached 190 from 188.

Thus, out of 18,228,410 shares of Kapital Bank forming the authorized capital of AZN 225.85 million, 15,784,417 (86.6%) shares are controlled by PASHA Holding, 8.9% by PASHA Sigorta, 4.4% by PASHA Hayat Sigorta, and 22,686 (0.1%) by individuals.

Kapital Bank was established in 2004 on the basis of the United Universal Bank (BUS Bank).
