Azerbaijan's State Agency for Compulsory Medical Insurance receives status of a public entity

January 16, Fineko/abc.az. The State Agency for Compulsory Medical Insurance of Azerbaijan has been transformed into a public entity.

The agency reports that the legal status of the agency was changed by the corresponding decree of the President of Azerbaijan.

"According to the decree, the charter of the agency was approved, the rights of the founder were transferred to the President of Azerbaijan and the agency," it was reported.

The message says that the primary statutory fund was formed at the expense of the state budget in the amount of AZN 4 mln. The Charter specifies the goals and directions of the State Agency for Compulsory Medical Insurance, tasks and rights, management methods, property and the basics of financial activity, etc.

The state agency for compulsory medical insurance is already registered as a public entity.
