Azerbaijan reduced crude oil production by 160,800 bpd for 1 month

June 9, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan’s daily oil production (together with condensate) totaled 650,000 bpd for May 2020, including 557,200 barrels of crude oil and 92,800 barrels of condensate.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry of Energy that of them, 437,600 bpd were produced at Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli oilfield block and 119,600 by SOCAR.

As part of daily oil production cuts by OPEC+ by 9.7 million barrels to the level of October 2018, Azerbaijan reduced crude oil production by 160,800 bpd in May. Thus, Azerbaijan fulfilled its obligations in the amount of 164,000 barrels (98% more versus May).
