June 18, Fineko/abc.az. SOCAR President Rovnag Abdullayev received German Ambassador to Azerbaijan Wolfgang Manig.

ABC.AZ was informed at SOCAR that during the meeting Abdullayev spoke about the progress of work in the oil and gas and petrochemical industries of Azerbaijan during the current global pandemic, and underlined the important role of cooperation in the energy sector in the development of Azerbaijani-German relationships.

Ambassador Manig stressed special interest in the SOCAR gas processing complex project to be implemented by a number of companies in the country, and noted that after the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, the heads of these companies are interested in organizing a working visit to Azerbaijan.
