June 18, Fineko/abc.az. ADY Express, a subsidiary of Azerbaijan Railways, has started transporting new types of cargo via railway line Baku-Tbilisi-Kars. This time the company started transporting cargo from Turkey to the districts of Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ was informed at ADY Express that the latter together with its partners in Turkey and Georgia has achieved the transportation of steel and plastic pipes, as well as concrete pillars from Turkey to Azerbaijan. Thus, 250 tons of steel pipes were carried in 26 gondola cars from Turkey to Ganja via the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway, 100 tons of plastic pipes were loaded on 11 platforms and delivered from Turkey to Shamkir, 600 tons of concrete pillars in 10 gondola cars were delivered from Turkey to Absheron via the BTK.
