Azerbaijanis starts buying real estate in Georgia

January 18, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani citizens begin purchasing property in Georgia.

Liste Development reports that in 2017 alone 50 Azerbaijanis applied to them on the occasion and bought property in Georgia.

"Low level of bureaucratic obstacles makes the country attractive for investors, including in the field of real estate. The cost of housing in Tbilisi (without repair) is $1,300-$3,000 per sq m and in the Black Sea resort areas the price of real estate ranges between $1,600-$1,700 per sq m," the Company informed.

Liste specializes in the questions of urban planning and construction of resort areas in the districts of Georgia.
