June 30, Fineko/abc.az. During the inspection of facilities belonging to citizen Nasir Ahmadov and operating under trademark Guba Cholpasi, it was found out that they fail to meet veterinary and sanitary standards.

According to the Food Safety Agency’s (AGTA) data transferred to ABC.AZ it was established that the chickens were slaughtered in an artisanal way, cleaned of feathers without compliance with technical and regulatory requirements, under unsanitary conditions and stored for a long time in unclean baths filled with water. Also during the inspection, it was found that the weight of chickens slaughtered in the shop was increased with the help of water. The relevant samples were taken and submitted to the laboratory of the Institute of Food Safety for examination.

A relevant protocol has been drawn up on both facilities and a decision has been made to terminate their activities.
