ABC.AZ reports that along with Azerbaijani citizens, tickets for this flight can be bought by managers, employees of foreign diplomatic missions and consulates accredited in Azerbaijan and their family members, one of the parents, spouse or minor child, foreigners who are citizens of Azerbaijan, foreigners who have a work permit in Azerbaijan, foreigners who have a temporary or permanent residence permit in Azerbaijan, foreign students studying in higher educational institutions of Azerbaijan. In addition, tickets for this flight can be purchased by citizens of Azerbaijan, Turkey and other countries who have the right to enter these countries.
