EBRD president has left his post

July 2, Fineko/abc.az. Suma Chakrabarti, the president of the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development (EBRD), has left his post.

ABC.AZ informs, citing news agency Report, that he completed his second term in office.

From 3 July the Bank will be headed by first vice president Jürgen Rigterink.

The new president will be elected at the Bank's annual meeting scheduled for October 7-8 this year.

Chakrabarti has been the president of the EBRD since 2012.
