As a result of the investigation carried out on the basis of appeals from some legal entities and individuals who previously had a permit, which were subsequently restricted, the information about their activities in the tax authorities' database and classification codes was clarified, the accounting database was revised, and permits were activated within the permissible limits in accordance with the number of such employers and employees of a number of legal entities and individuals included in the permitted spheres of activity.

ABC.AZ reports that this is informed by the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan. In this regard, it is recommended that legal entities and individuals are required to re-check the activation of permissions on portal icaze.e-gov.az.

Business entities whose activities are allowed during the special quarantine regime, but who cannot register on portal icaze.e-gov.az, can contact the State Tax Service via online filing.
