Azerbaijan has unveiled data on gas export to these countries

July 9, Fineko/abc.az. Gas production in Azerbaijan reached 19.3 bn cu m for the first half of 2020 (rise of 11.5% versus the 2019 same term).

ABC.AZ informs that this is stated in the information of the Ministry of Energy.

SOCAR produced 3.6 bn cu m of gas, 6.3 bn cu m of associated gas from Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli block, and 9.4 bn cu m of natural gas from Shah Deniz field.

During this period gas sales abroad amounted to 6.5 bn cu m (by 16.9% more against the same term of 2019). For Jan-Jun 2020 Azerbaijan exported to Turkey by 24.5% or 5.2 bn cu m of gas more. Azerbaijan’s gas exports to Georgia totaled 1.3 bn cu m. 1.9 bn cu m of gas was delivered to Turkey via TANAP for the reported term.
