President has signed a decree on State Motor Road Agency

July 9, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree approving an amendment to the Presidential Decree #1748 from 19 December 2017 on ensuring the activities of the State Motor Road Agency of Azerbaijan.

Under the decree, Sub-Item 3.1.22 is excluded from the Charter of the State Motor Road Agency approved by the above-mentioned decree.

According to this sub-item, the Agency carried out the design, construction, management, maintenance of highways, as well as bridges, tunnels and other road structures, and without a license performed works of current, medium and major repairs and reconstruction, for which a license was required.
