Azerbaijan buys real estate in Los Angeles

July 9, Fineko/abc.az. The State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) is planning to buy commercial real estate in Los Angeles, USA.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to news agency APA that this is said in the Fund's report for 2019.

According to the report, SOFAZ and Gaw Us Fund III, managed by Gaw Capital Partner, have agreed to jointly invest in commercial real estate in Los Angeles.

Согласно отчету, ГНФАР и Gaw Us Fund III, управляемый компанией Gaw "SOFAZ's capital investments in joint investments amounted to $50 million," the report says.

At the end of 2019 SOFAZ's real estate portfolio consisted of five assets located in London, Paris, Moscow, Seoul, and Tokyo.
