July 13, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Jun the Ministry of Energy reviewed 272 cases of administrative violations.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry that 258 of them relate to natural gas and 14 ones to electricity.

Materials submitted for 129 natural gas works were returned because of incorrect registration.

According to the inspections carried out in the regions, in accord with the relevant articles of the Code of Administrative Offences a decision was taken to impose an administrative fine on five cases for causing minor damage as a result of the release of natural gas, on six cases for violating the rules for using natural gas, in one case for violating the rules for using electric energy, and in one case for violating the rules for technical operation of electrical installations.
