Azerbaijan registered about 149,000 taxpayers in 2017

January 24, Fineko/abc.az. Structural branches of the Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan served 744,149 taxpayers over the past year.

The Ministry reports that 404,646 units of simplified e-signature ASAN Imza were issued by 1 January 2018.

"Last year it was registered 148,990 taxpayers, including 11,860 legal entities and 137,130 individuals, as well as 31 782 business entities, 17,167 cash registers, 6,803 POS terminals," the Tax Ministry said in a statement.
