President says about positive trend in fight against coronavirus

August 6, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev held a meeting in a video format on the measures taken to combat the coronavirus pandemic and the socio-economic situation in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that at the meeting the head of state noted that there is a positive trend in the fight against coronavirus: "The positive dynamics in the number of people who recovered from the coronavirus in the country, which has been observed since 16 July, gives grounds to say that all the measures taken are timely. Since 16 July the number of infected people has been significantly lower than the number of cured people. This positive trend indicates that we will continue to control coronavirus infection.”
