August 12, Fineko/abc.az. Water operator Azersu, taking into account the wide coverage of the use of social networks in the modern period, began to introduce a number of its services through social networks, ABC.AZ was informed at Azersu.

Electronic service "Appeals about an accident in the water supply and sanitation system" started working through social network Telegram. With this service citizens will be able to contact Azersu in connection with accidents in drinking water and wastewater systems.

Water consumers can use their mobile devices to connect to Telegram networks by downloading the Telegram Messenger app (App Store, Play Market, etc.).
